Turn walk-ins into Google reviews with one scan

Most happy customers never leave a review — they open Google, meet a blank box, and give up. Put a QR standee on your counter: they scan, a review is written from your own Google profile, they edit it if they want, copy it, and post. Scan. Generate. Review. Grow.

Genuinely impressed with the team here in Ujjain. They clearly know their way around social media and SEO, and made the whole thing easy to follow.

The problem

The blank review box is where your reviews die

Asking for a review is the easy part. The customer says yes, pulls out their phone, searches for you, finds the listing, taps 'Write a review' — and then stares at an empty box wondering what to say. That is where almost all of them quit. It is not that they were unhappy; it is that writing three sentences about a haircut or an oil change is more effort than they signed up for. The QR removes the search, and the draft removes the blank page.

Why customers pick this

Outcomes, not just outputs.

01

Remove the one step customers actually quit at

Finding your listing and writing from scratch are the two points where a willing customer gives up. One scan handles both.

02

Reviews that don't read like a template

Every scan is written fresh. Google filters reviews that repeat the same wording across accounts, so identical text would get them removed — which is exactly why nothing is reused.

03

Catch the unhappy ones before Google does

The branded landing page keeps a private feedback box alongside the Google button. Someone who had a bad visit can tell you directly instead — and still post publicly if they want to.

04

Something physical, with no design work

The poster is composed for you with your logo, your QR and a print-ready layout. Download, print, stand it up.

What's inside

Every capability you need — nothing you don't.

Print-ready standee poster

A portrait counter-standee layout built around your QR, with the Google wordmark, five stars, your logo or business name, and a caption. Download as PNG and print.

Written from your real Google profile

Drafts are grounded on your GBP primary category, business description, city, and the terms customers actually search to find you — nothing outside those facts.

Copy and post in one tap

One button copies the review and opens your Google review box, ready to paste. Google's box can't be pre-filled by anyone, so copy-then-paste is the whole flow.

Two landing pages, one QR

A branded page that arrives with the stars set and the review ready to edit, or a stripped page that is nothing but the review and a single button — for receipts and table tents.

Fresh wording on every scan

No stored pool, no repeats. Two customers scanning minutes apart get different sentences.

Scan tracking

See how many people are actually scanning the QR, per location, so you know whether the counter placement is working.

How it works

Live inside your workspace in minutes.

1

Connect your Google review link

Auto-detected from your connected Google Business Profile, or paste your 'Get more reviews' link once.

2

Switch on AI reviews

SeoNexus reads your GBP category, description, city and search terms so the drafts sound like your business, not a generic template.

3

Download the poster and stand it up

Use it on posters, counters, menus, packaging, and more. Print as many as you have locations.

4

Customer scans, edits, posts

They read the draft, change anything they like, tap once to copy it, and land in your Google review box to paste and submit.

Frequently asked

Answers before you ask.

Does Google allow this?

Google's policies require a review to reflect the reviewer's own genuine experience. What this does is remove the blank page, not the customer: the draft is a starting point they read, edit and post under their own name, and nothing is ever posted on their behalf. Use it the way it is designed — in front of customers who actually used you, with the text editable — and it stays on the right side of that line. Handing identical text to strangers is what Google filters and penalises, which is why every scan is worded differently and the customer is always the one who posts.

Will every customer end up posting the same review?

No. A new draft is written on every scan rather than served from a stored set, so wording, length and angle differ each time. That matters practically as well as ethically — Google removes reviews that duplicate text across accounts.

Can the customer change the review before posting?

Yes, and that's the point. The text sits in an editable box. They can rewrite it, cut it down, or ignore it entirely and write their own — the button through to Google works either way.

What if someone had a bad experience?

The branded landing page has a private feedback box next to the Google button. An unhappy customer can send it straight to you instead. The Google link is never hidden or disabled based on what they rate — routing people away from posting publicly is review gating, and Google prohibits it.

Where can I put the QR code?

Anywhere a customer's phone can reach it: counter standees, table tents, receipts, menus, packaging inserts, window stickers, business cards. You can also share the link directly by SMS or email instead of printing anything.

Do I need a Google Business Profile connected?

It works best with one, because the category, description and city are what make the draft specific to you. Without it you can still paste your Google review link manually and the QR flow works — the drafts are just more general.
